09 Sound Department Design, operate, maintain and develop the audio systems that support TIS worship, teaching, evangelism, broadcast, recording and large-scale events. 30 service units

10 Media & Communications Communicate, document and distribute the work and message of TIS through excellent media and communications. 48 service units

11 Translation & Interpretation Make TIS teachings and ministry communication accessible across languages with accuracy, clarity and faithfulness. 26 service units

12 Choir, Band & Dance / Creative Arts Develop, prepare and coordinate musical and creative arts ministry through vocals, instruments and dance. 24 service units

13 Events Management Plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate TIS events so they achieve their purpose with excellence, safety and order. 28 service units

14 Protocol Coordinate the official reception, movement, scheduling, access and formal experience of ministers, speakers, dignitaries and special guests. 28 service units

15 Ushering Welcome, guide and assist people while helping maintain orderly movement and an excellent meeting experience. 19 service units

16 Hospitality Provide food, refreshments, comfort, practical assistance and welfare support to guests, ministers, volunteers and attendees. 26 service units

17 Setup Prepare, arrange, maintain and restore the physical environment, facilities and equipment required for TIS activities. 26 service units

18 Security Protect people, property, information and ministry activities through prevention, access control, monitoring and response. 28 service units

19 Medical & Health Services Provide appropriate first aid, medical support, emergency response and health-related assistance during TIS activities. 23 service units

20 Charity Identify genuine practical needs and respond through compassionate, dignified, accountable and sustainable assistance. 25 service units

21 Welfare Provide organized expressions of love and practical support to TIS people during significant life events and seasons. 22 service units

22 Office Administration Provide the administrative systems, coordination, documentation and office services required for TIS to operate efficiently and in good order. 25 service units

23 Finance & Stewardship Steward TIS resources through sound financial systems, controls, reporting and accountable administration. 21 service units

24 ICT Provide and maintain the hardware, software, networks, digital platforms, systems and technical support required by TIS. 29 service units

25 Legal & Compliance Provide legal guidance, protect the ministry's interests, maintain regulatory and governance compliance, and mitigate legal risk. 25 service units

26 Strategy, Research & Development Provide research, strategic planning, innovation and organizational development that strengthen TIS for present and future growth. 20 service units

27 Sports & Physical Body Wellness Promote physical activity, sports, recreation, healthy lifestyles, discipline, relationships and sustainable wellness. 23 service units
