DAILY DEVOTION
\nToday’s Bible Reading: Job 30 – 31<\/p>\n
THINGS MUST OBEY<\/strong><\/p>\n Job 22:28(KJV):<\/strong> Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.<\/p>\n Child of God, are there things in your life you have addressed several times but they do not change? Are you experiencing situations that you have commanded to cease but to no avail?<\/p>\n Take heed. Most likely, there is a gap in your knowledge of God and what you must do regarding those circumstances.<\/p>\n In Mark 11:23, Jesus said, \u201cFor verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.\u201d<\/p>\n God has given you the authority to decree and establish things.<\/p>\n In fact, Jesus Christ set a standard for us in dealing with the things that must obey us. When He rebuked the fig tree in Mark 11:13-14, He addressed it once. He did not repeat Himself.<\/p>\n If you find that you have repeatedly spoken to something to change and seen no results, more confession and declarations may not be the answer.<\/p>\n Ask the Lord, \u2018What am I missing?\u2019 Inquire of Him, \u2018What is it about this situation that I have not understood?\u2019 The problem is not the strength of the demon you are dealing with. It is a knowledge issue.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udca1KNOW MORE:<\/strong> Proverbs 18:21; Isaiah 55:11<\/p>\n \u2b50HIGHLIGHT:<\/strong> If you find that you have repeatedly spoken to something to change and seen no results, more confession and declarations may not be the answer. I thank You for the power to change any situation because it is authority You have given me as Your child. Today, I receive understanding and walk in knowledge, to deal with delay and situations that have persisted for years. I decree change and transformation in my life.
