DAILY DEVOTION
Today’s Bible Reading: 1 Chronicles 15 – 16
1 Chronicles 13:14 (KJV); And the ark of God remained with the family of Obededom in his house three months. And the LORD blessed the house of Obededom, and all that he had.
God is intentional when dealing with families. When extending His blessings, He does not want to merely give you an answer but to deliver everyone and everything connected to you.
In our theme scripture, the Bible reveals that God blessed the house of Obededom and all that he had.
In Joshua 6:17, the Lord protected the house of Rahab, those that were with her, because she had hidden the spies of Israel.
When you seek the Lord, serve and give everything you have for His cause, understand that your actions do not affect you alone, they affect your household too.
God can preserve your spouse from an attack of the enemy because you are His diligent servant. God will activate a divine law for the preservation of your children because You seek His face.
As such, do not take for granted your relationship with Him. When you attend service, pray, give and yield to Him continually, you affect those attached to you too!

🙌PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for the blessing of family and my entire household. I know that You watch over my own and preserve them from the wicked and unreasonable. They are blessed because I am Your servant and they increase in all that they do because they are connected to me. This is my portion and testimony, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
