Africa has 20% of the world’s population — a figure that will rise to 33.3% in the next 50 years.
And yet, despite all its youthful energy — with a median age of just 25 — Africa remains the poorest continent on Earth, contributing only 2.76% to global GDP. Intra-African trade is low at 13–16%, and millions of young Africans are unemployed, under-skilled, or uneducated.
THE INCORRUPTIBLE SEED PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATION (TIS PBO)
THE SOLUTION:
- We believe that true transformation begins with economic empowerment. Only by breaking the chains of poverty can we unlock the destiny of this generation.
- That’s why we equip African youth with relevant training and practical, skills-based education — designed not for theory, but for real jobs across the continent.
- But we don’t stop there. Once placed in meaningful work, these young people are invited into a vibrant culture of daily devotion and discipleship. Through this holistic model, we draw them out of a world of uncertainty, equip them with a stable livelihood, and guide them into eternal life.
